Mediatonic is a leading independent developer, focused on live games. One of the UK's largest independent game developers with 13 years experience and around 200 people across 6 locations worldwide. With incredibly diverse games, from top-grossing mobile titles, to hardcore PC simulators, from major IPs to completely original titles.

Our Product Director is responsible for the commercial success of our titles. You are a supportive and naturally authoritative figure who enjoys the success of others, steps into the breach in tough times and really gets to grips with project detail.

You are practical, pragmatic, offering advice and guidance based on real data and market insight.

You love numbers and are adept at building models, forecasts and dashboards. Most importantly, you know how to define the right questions to get the highest impact results out of our data.

You have a deep understanding of our audience and its many segments. You understand how different players interact with content and are able apply map this knowledge to complex game designs and UX wireframes.

You have a raw passion for games and are keen to provide our players with the best possible experience.
